Quick question before you scroll: where are you sitting against your 2026 goal right now?

If the answer stings, you're who this session is for. I'm Will Story, and on Tuesday, June 23rd I'm hosting a free working session for Front Range agents who started the year slower than they wanted and have no intention of finishing it that way.

Here's what we'll work through:

What to let go of. The stuff quietly eating your weeks. The replay of your slow start, the busywork that feels like work, the habits that never turn into an actual conversation with a buyer or seller. We're naming it and cutting it.

Where to lean in. The handful of things that actually produce in the second half: your database, your daily rhythm, knowing this market at a level most agents don't, and telling clients the truth in a market where most agents won't.

How to finish ahead. The math. Deals that close in Q4 start as conversations in July, so we'll reverse-engineer your number together: how many conversations a week between now and December gets you to your goal, or 10 clients past where your current pace is taking you.

You'll leave with your own second-half plan. Your goal, your math, your let-go list, filled in by you while you're in the room. This is a working session, not a seminar. Bring your real number, not the one you tell people.

A little about me, in case we haven't met. I lead Story Home Group and teach continuing education classes for the state of Colorado. In 2022 I almost quit real estate entirely. I rebuilt from scratch instead, and my third team is my best team. Most of what I'm teaching on the 23rd came out of that rebuild. So this isn't theory for me, and it won't be theory for you by the time you leave.
