A radically new retail experience that blends art fashion technology and sustainability and introduces people to the concept of the Metaverse its potential and dangers.

The Metaverse Store (Est. 2042) by tech arts collective Futureology is part pop-up store part NFT art exhibition and part imagined futures inquiry into what might surprise or terrify us about the newly evolving Metaverse set against a backdrop of a planet in recovery.

One of the first of its kind in Australia the collection features over 80 items from an imagined future metaverse ranging from injectable emotions to virtual camping supplies and consciousness shifting eyewear in a world where humans have augmented themselves in many ways and self aware virtual beings live inside the metaverse with us.

Visit every Thursday at 5.30pm for virtual product demos and talks exploring how we build ethical empathic and ecologically sound frameworks in the development of what many see as the future of the internet.
