The Metaphysics of Abundance; Soul, Shadow, Soma- Embody and Expand

Join me for this powerful and transformative workshop to identify the subtle energy of your shadow around abundance; and the emotions that are connected to it- so that you can learn to embody the abundant vibration.

This is happening on the NEW MOON in Aries, which is also a Solar Eclipse point and one of the most important times to Manifest!

First, we will focus on understanding the shadow, as this is a vital part of self love and unblocking. To know your shadow, is to be able identify the fears, anxieties and stories that are keeping you stuck. Then I will teach you about the energy of abundance. You will have time to write and contemplate and then I will use Sound Healing to guide you into a restful state and teach you to reprogram the nervous system so that you can create a life that feels aligned, fulfilled and abundant. I will use the healing vibrations of Sound Healing as a tool to support you to reprogram the body, mind and spirit.

No one can reprogram your nervous system for you- and this workshop you will take the action and learn exactly how to do it.

Please come prepared to write, process, journal and contemplate deeply. This experience is about embodiment, restful action and engaging with our own inner self.
