The Mesa Santa Express is a FREE magical holiday train ride where families can board a festively decorated Valley Metro light rail train and enjoy a memorable Christmas experience with Santa Claus and his merry helpers. Filled with holiday music, Christmas cheer, and festive surprises, it's an unforgettable tradition for children and adults alike.
After your ride, stroll through the Mesa Christmas Market, featuring local artisans, unique holiday gifts, delicious food, seasonal treats, and live entertainment throughout the evening.

Boarding Pass Information:
Boarding passes are required and are distributed FREE on a first-come, first-served basis each evening. A limited number of passes are available for each train departure. Additional details regarding boarding pass distribution, train schedule, and ride information will be posted as the event approaches.
The Mesa Santa Express is presented by the Mesa Urban Renewal & Arts Lab (MURAL) and made possible through the generosity of our sponsors, partners, and dedicated volunteers who help bring this holiday tradition to life each year.
While admission is free, donations are always appreciated and help us continue providing this magical holiday tradition for thousands of families in our community.
