The Men's Circle is an opportunity for men to create healthy and friendly connections with one another. This is a safe space for men to talk about their issues in a healthy environment among other men and unlearn some of the traditional values that often cause disconnection in our relationships, family dynamics, and even work life.

Due to high interest, we will be repeating last month's topic of masculinity. Together, we will co-create a definition of masculinity by looking at the various aspects of masculinity. This is a space to share personal stories, challenge outdated ideas, and support one another in redefining masculinity in a way that feels authentic and healthy.

Important notes:

• This is a confidential container (Vegas Rules)
• This intentional space is BIPOC and queer-friendly. It is open to all who identify as male.
