Come join us at Orchard Beach for an empowering gathering of men coming together to share, listen, and support one another as we dive into our edges and into the cold waters of the long island sound, we will go on a short hike through the woods, and emerge at the waters edge where we will cold plunge with one another. This is a safe space where you can open up, connect, and grow with like-minded individuals.Whether you're seeking support or simply want to be part of a community, this circle is open to all Men.
