The Menopause Conversation Workshop

Menopause is a natural transition into a phase without your menses, typically averaging around age 51 but beginning as early as 40 and sometimes extending to age 60. Just as we prepare for the start of menstruation, it’s equally important to be ready for this new stage of life.

Join us in a meaningful conversation about preparing for menopause. Are you noticing signs of perimenopause? Are you physically ready? Are you mentally prepared? Let’s come together to demystify menopause with knowledge, support, and sisterhood, embracing this journey through understanding, shared stories, and friendship.
