Join us at Dorking Library on Thursday April 27, for an evening with award-winning author, Claire Fuller, discussing her latest, novel "The Memory of Animals".

Claire Fuller has written five novels, all of them published by Penguin. Her first won The Desmond Elliott Prize for debut fiction, while Unsettled Ground was shortlisted for The Women's Prize for Fiction and won the Costa Novel Award in 2021. She'll be chatting about her writing process, how she came to writing later in life, and her latest novel, The Memory of Animals which will be published on 20th April. There will be time for questions from the audience, and there will be signed books for sale.

  • The event starts at 7.30pm
  • The event is suitable for adults
  • Please purchase a ticket for each person attending.
  • There is a charge of £6 per ticket
  • Booking is essential, so be quick to avoid disappointment
  • Doors will open at 7.15pm but we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early
  • Tea and light refreshments will be available.
  • Copies of Claire's books will be available for purchase, cash and card sales available.
