The Meep Over

The night before the Ekka public holiday is the perfect excuse to stay up way too late... so we're turning Meeple & Mug into one giant board game sleepover!

From 6pm on Tuesday 11 August through until 9am the next morning, we'll have games running all night, plenty of food and drinks available, and a relaxed, cosy atmosphere to settle in for an unforgettable night of gaming.

Throw on your favourite pyjamas, onesie, or comfiest outfit, bring your friends (or come make some new ones), and spend the night playing from our huge board game library. Whether you're into quick party games or six-hour strategy epics, there's something for everyone.

There'll also be a prize for the best sleepover outfit, so don't hold back - we want to see the fluffiest onesies, the cosiest PJs, and the most creative sleepover looks!

We've put together a range of optional food and drink packages so you can stay fuelled, caffeinated, or simply treat yourself throughout the night.

Food & Drink Packages

All Night Soft Drink Package - $30

Unlimited soft drinks & juices for the entire event.

Choice of: Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Tonic Water, Soda Water, Lemon Lime Bitters and Orange, Apple or Pineapple juice.

Energy Package - $50

Unlimited café drinks until 8am, plus two energy drinks to help you power through the night.

Short Basic Alcohol Package - $70

Unlimited beer, cider, and basic spirits from 6pm–11pm.

Long Basic Alcohol Package - $120

Unlimited beer, cider, and basic spirits for the entire event. (pending OLGR approval)

Short Premium Alcohol Package - $100

Unlimited drinks from our full beverage menu, including premium spirits, cocktails, beer and cider from 6pm–11pm.

Long Premium Alcohol Package - $170

Unlimited drinks from our full beverage menu, including premium spirits, cocktails, beer and cider for the entire event.(pending OLGR approval)

Snack Package - $30

Hot food and snacks served throughout the night to keep you fuelled while you play. (This is included complimentary for the duration of all alcohol packages)

Breakfast Package - $30

A hot breakfast buffet served from 7:00am, the perfect way to finish off an incredible night.
