Join us on December 10th (6-9PM) for The Medieval Christmas Feast a seven-course tasting experience featuring live music!This exclusive seven-course Bistro Buchanan menu will feature these savory dishes!
Course I – Wassail
Spiced and spiked medieval hot cider
Course II –Forager Salad
Cream dressing over greens with mixed nuts and berries from the forest
Course III – Chicken Croquettes
Chicken breast, caramelized onions, mushroom and feta cheese
stuffed potato ball in crumbs and fried
Course IV – Gardener Snack
Bleu and Goat Cheese, Fig Jam Crostini with Bay Leaf
Course V – Braised Oxtail
Served with gravy and butter beans, wild rice and fried cabbage
Course VI – Chicken Pot Pie
Savory vegetables, gravy and chicken
Course VII – Flaming Figgy Pudding
German Apple Cake with fruits, nuts and rum
