Join us for a restorative evening of healing and reconnection.We each possess four distinct bodies: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. While we often try to heal them individually, trauma impacts all four in different ways, pulling our lives out of alignment with our authentic selves.
In this 90-minute session, Anna Smith—a certified holistic practitioner and counselor—will guide you through the ways we heal across these four states. You will walk away with practical tools, somatic techniques, and a deeper understanding of how to restore balance to your whole self.
The evening includes:
* Insights into trauma's impact on the four bodies.
* Tools and techniques for spiritual and emotional reconnection.
* A closing meditation and group energy sharing.
About the Presenter:
Anna Smith integrates somatic therapy, Reiki, and nervous system-based tools to support deep healing. As a trauma survivor, she brings profound empathy and lived experience to every space she holds.
