The Medicine Path – Journey With Ancient Healing Wisdom
A deeply healing and empowering journey through ancient wisdom, natural energy medicine, ceremony, and connection. This is an invitation to engage in deep healing, personal transformation, and to reconnect with the fundamental wisdom that has always been within you.
Over seven months (April – October 2025), The Medicine Path offers five immersive three-day weekends (Friday – Sunday), blending experiential practices, ceremonies, and deep connection with nature. You can choose to join the full journey or attend individual weekends.
Module 2: Your Medicine Body – The Wisdom Within
May 23rd – 25th | Wexford
This weekend is an exploration of the body as a vessel of wisdom and energy. Through movement, breath, and somatic practices, we deepen awareness and cultivate a more profound connection to our inner and outer worlds.
What to Expect:
* Somatic practices to expand awareness and embodiment
* Breathwork, movement, and voice activation
* Aligning with the intelligence of nature and the cosmos within
* Tools for self-regulation and energetic balance
This immersion invites you to step fully into your body’s wisdom, learning to trust its messages and align with its deeper intelligence.
