In this class I seek to provide a safe space for learning to listen to yourself and spirit, and also to practice trusting your connection while holding your link. In the first part of class we will cover letting go of fear and doubt, the structure of a contact, & connecting with spirit. In the second part we have participation exercises for developing trust and connecting with spirit.Then we will end with Q & A and discussion.
Taught by Deb Voith. The cost is $30.
