The Jersey-grown Matt O’Ree Band (MOB) returns to the Bell THeatre at Bell Works for another Hometown Show! Led by Matt’s unparalleled award-winning guitar playing and Eyrn’s soulful vocals, MOB opens with a set of Led Zepplin, taking fans on a ride they haven’t seen or heard since the 1970s (think Zepplin at the Garden), followed by set of their own songs. Combining the influence of Zepplin, Jimi Hendrix, Bad Company, Deep Purple, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, ZZ Top, and Rush, to name a few, the Matt O'Ree Band has taken all these diverse elements and forged their own unique true blues rock and roll sound, earning them a massive fan base along the way that includes people like Bruce Springsteen, David Bryan of Bon Jovi, Steve Cropper of Booker T and the MG's, John Popper of Blues Traveler, Bernie Worrell of Parliament-Funkadelic, and Hubert Sumlin all of whom have volunteered to perform on the band's album, Brotherhood.
