1. CERTIFICATION: This tournament is NOT sanctioned by the United States Bowling Congress (USBC).
2. ELIGIBILITY: Must meet 1 of 3 bullets below.
• USBC Sanctioned league average.
• Verified Non-Sanctioned league average.
• Agree to bowl Scratch
3. DIVISIONS: There are 5 divisions. Adult, Youth Under 18, Youth under 15, Youth under 12, Youth under 10.
4. MULTIPLE PARTICIPATION: You may bowl multiple times.
5. AVERAGES: Bowlers will use the highest average choice or bowl scratch.
• Highest 2023-24 USBC league average of 21 games or more
• Highest Non-Sanctioned 2023-24 league average of 21 games or more
6. AVERAGE RERATE: Bowlers may be rerated at the discretion of the Tournament Director. Any rerating will occur
prior to bowling. If a bowler chooses not to accept a rerate, they will be refunded any prepaid entry fees.
7. HANDICAP: Handicap will be 80% of the difference between the bowler’s average and 220.
8. BOWLER RESPONSIBILITY: It is the responsibility of the bowler to verify the accuracy of the average they use.
The use of a lower than true average shall disqualify any score which was based on the incorrect average and no
correction will be made for the use of a higher than true average. Average corrections may be made prior to the
completion of the first game of a series.
9. CHECK-IN TIME: Check in 30 minutes prior to the squad start time.
10. LATE ENTRIES: Day of tournament entries will be permitted as space allows up to 30 minutes prior to squad
time, with no penalty.
11. PRIZE FUND: The prize fund ratio will be 1:6. In the event of a tie for any position, prize money will be combined
and divided equally.
12. MISSED FRAMES: A bowler who misses one frame or more by not being present and ready to bowl when it is
their turn shall not be credited with any pins for frames missed.
13. LANE BREAKDOWN: If there is a breakdown tournament management reserves the right to move bowlers to
another pair of lanes.
14. Maximum Game including handicap: 300.
15. Winnings: Adult winnings paid in cash. Youth winnings paid to Smart Fund scholarship account.
16. Youth waiver: All youth must sign a waiver to bowl.
17. Added prize money by Sponsors: Will be split between the 5 divisions based on the number of entries.
