• Letting Go of Negative Self-Talk – Through guided group coaching, we’ll uncover the hidden stories we tell ourselves and rewrite them into empowering mantras that reflect our highest potential.
• Nourishing Meal & Connection – We’ll break bread together, enjoying a healthy, delicious meal made with ingredients that nourish the mind, body, and spirit. You’ll learn about the powerful properties of the featured ingredients and how they support emotional well-being, clarity, and vitality. Plus, you’ll receive the recipe to take home.
• Creative Expression & Mirror Decorating – Personalize your mirror as a sacred spaceto reflect and amplify for your new mantras, infusing it with beauty, intention, and energy. *A mirror and crafting materials are provided.
