If creativity makes you feel calm... come along to our monthly mandala club.The ultimate way to chill out through art.
Drawing mandalas has the power to put you in a state of meditation, which can support your overall mental health and wellbeing.
I will show you how to draw a basic mandala template, and then you can bring your own creativity to your creation by adding shapes and images that are personal to you.
We also have the option to go for a walk around the grounds of the beautiful St. Mary's Church in Cottingham, to do a spot of doodling for some real life inspiration.
It's a lovely group with lovely people.
Tea and coffee is provided too.
Just £15 for a 3 hour session, or if you prefer you can just come for 1 or 2 hours at £5 per hour.
You can pay on the door, or contact me to pay by BACS, to secure your place.
