When done well, performance conversations with direct reports can be a great way to align, boost collaboration & focus on their growth.
🤯 They can also be tricky:
- when you know you're not on the same page about their current performance
- when there's expectations for promotions/pay increases that you know you can't meet
- when the employee is struggling with personal issues that affect their work.
During this 3-hour session, you'll have the space to rehearse the conversations you find tricky, so you can show up prepared and with confidence.
Our open enrollment sessions always consists of two elements:
- Models or tools to play with
- Practice with a training actor
There’ll be room for connection, conversation, and a croissant on the side 🥐.
