The perinatal period is often characterized by change and uncertainty. Join Leslie from Flourish Counseling & Wellness as she expands on the importance of prioritizing your mental health while entering this new chapter. She will share ways to connect with yourself throughout pregnancy and postpartum as you gain your footing as a new parent. You will leave the session feeling encouraged and refreshed as this is such a foundational topic to the perinatal experience as a whole.

Cost is $15 per session whereby you will receive $30 to spend in store!*
