Bryn, birth doula, postpartum doula, and educator with Chicago Family Doulas will discuss how to prepare your body and mind for childbirth, with a focus on informed decision making. She will share comfort measures, breathing techniques, and positions to support the body through the various phases of labor. Come ready for practical tips on how to enter this transformative process confidently!
