The Mama Circle I Friday June 12th I Building Your Village

Motherhood isn’t meant to be done in isolation. Join me and other mamas for a circle centered on connection, reflection, and shared support.

This circle's theme is: I want a village, let's build one

Together, we’ll explore how to build a village, stay connected, and make meaningful commitments to each other.

What to Expect:

Each circle is intentionally small and capped at 8 participants to ensure a space of safety, depth, and meaningful connection. Our morning together includes:

• Guided reflection and structured sharing
• Journaling (please bring your favorite notebook and pen!)
• Embodied Movement
• Light snacks and tea to nourish your body while we talk

The Flow:

• 9:15 AM: Soft arrival & settling in
• 9:30 AM: Our Circle begins
• 10:45 AM: Closing connection & community buffer

Important Details:

Location: Held in my home in La Jolla, near Marine St. Beach. The exact address will be sent in your confirmation email.

Children: To support your ability to be fully present, we encourage attending solo. However, nursing or non-mobile infants are always welcome. Please arrange care for toddlers and older children.
