A two-hour practice that goes deep and multidimensional, with advanced Asana exploration (all levels accommodated), chanting, meditation and more. Inspired by her favorite moments practicing in New York City in the early 2000's, Anna is excited to lead you through a way of practicing that, to her, feels especially transformative and true to the roots of yoga.
