Discover the soul of watercolor in this casual 2-hour workshop. Watercolor glows when you let it breathe. In this session, we'll explore how water, light, and transparent pigment work together to create luminous, flowing color without overworking or muddying your painting. Through hands-on exercises and a guided mini project, you'll learn how to control water for clean, glowing results, what transparency really means in watercolor, why the paper's white is your secret weapon, stress, no perfection, just a joyful experience of letting watercolor do what it does best. All levels welcome, but ideal for beginners and curious creatives.
This event takes place indoors in a beautiful, light-filled clubhouse setting. Please bring your favorite watercolor palette, 100% cotton watercolor paper, a few brushes, two water containers, a soft cloth or paper towel, and a sturdy painting board or clipboard to support your paper. Optional items include a pencil for light sketching and masking tape for clean edges.
