The 8 Moon phases are good for one thing or another and being aware of these different times through out the month can truly empower you in your life to live with more ease and harmony, changing your life for the better.In this workshop, we will explore how the moon energies have a massive impact on how we feel. We will firstly look at the science around the Moon phases the tidal waves and how this effects us emotionally.
Letting go and releasing, at the full moon and setting goals and planning ahead, around the new moon are powerful times to help us flourish and manifest what we truly desire in our inner and outer world.
The Moon can be used as a
Magical timer to help you create your ideal life
We will look at your own specific!! Sun/star sign and rising sign
And how the new moon each month has particular qualities that you can tap into when you know what they are, in relation to your own particular house and how this can create magic in all areas of your life.
As always this workshop will include some mindful guided meditation to open you up to your full potential and to those dreams and talents that live within everyone of us.
We will take a short coffee break in the middle.
