About this Event

This offering combines guided breathwork practices with sound healing to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodied awareness.
Clients are guided through intentional breathwork techniques that gently calm the stress response, increase breath awareness, and support a sense of internal safety and grounding. Breathwork serves as a foundation, helping the body become receptive and present without force or intensity.
Sound healing follows, working through vibration rather than cognition. The experience incorporates over 21 instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and a variety of multi-instrument sound tools, along with voice and rhythm. These layers of sound interact with the body on a sensory and energetic level, often reaching places that are difficult to access through words alone. Sound can support deep relaxation, release held tension, and restore internal coherence.
Together, breath and sound create a supportive container for rest, integration, and reconnection to the body’s own rhythm. This work is non-performative and accessible, emphasizing listening over effort and honoring the body’s natural intelligence.Yolanda is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, ISTA-certified and recognized 200-hour Sound Practitioner, and certified hypnotist whose work centers on breath, sound, and nervous system regulation. Rooted in her Taíno lineage and informed by years of working as a certified Trauma Recovery Coach with stress, grief, and emotional holding, her offerings prioritize embodiment, regulation, and reconnection to one’s inner voice.

Her approach bridges professional training with lived experience, honoring both structure and intuition. The focus is not transcendence, but return — back to the body, the breath, and one’s own rhythm.
