Passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Tracy Sanders is a dynamic corporate leader dedicated to initiatives such as supplier diversity utilization, enhancing workplace culture, and advocating for strategic collaborations that benefit our communities.

During her 11 years at Sundt Construction, Tracy has made a significant impact, driving programs that yield powerful results for the most crucial element of any organization: its people. With over 20 years of experience in teaching, speaking, and facilitating personal and professional development, Tracy understands that everyone has a vital role to play in humanity. The key is choosing to be the difference.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Tracy is a professional in the entertainment industry, a certified life coach, an unpublished author, an empowerment speaker, and a proud mom of three.
