The Magic of Herbal Teas: Infusions & Decoctions
In this class we’ll walk through two wonderfully simple ways of preparing herbal teas - infusing and decocting. We’ll discuss the benefits of working with some common herbs and how they best like to be brewed. Tea will be provided.
