All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
A £10.00 per person deposit is requested to confirm a booking; cancelled places and deposits cannot be used as a partial payment and are non-refundable.
Menu choices and guest numbers must be finalised 21 days prior to your event. Please advise us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when finalising no later than 21 days before the event.
Christmas party packages include a three-course festive meal, coffee and Christmas disco. Themed nights and experiences are followed by one hour of festive disco.
The Valley Hotel reserves the right to amend menus, entertainment or event details without prior notice where necessary.
- Party Nights in the Severn Suite: arrival 7.30pm, sit down at 8.00pm.
- Party Nights in the restaurant: arrival 7.00pm, sit down at 7.30pm.
