Born in California but raised in Texas, April Henley has a BA in Professional Writing from Baylor University. Her love of story writing began in a creative writing class in high school. She wrote her first story, now "Treasures in a Bottle", which she revisited time and time again through college and her mid-20s. In 2020, she returned to the story one more time and, in 2023, published it. She writes fiction/fantasy stories for all ages, inspiring children to use their imaginations and encouraging all readers to get lost between the pages. Her outside interests include horseback riding, Renaissance festivals, cosplay, food, and travel.
