For generations, women have been placed into an impossible binary.

To be pure or desired.
To be devoted mother or sexual woman.
To be worthy or wanted — but rarely both.

This workshop explores the deep psychological and cultural split women inherit between the Madonna and the Whorearchetypes — and how this division lives on in our bodies, sexuality, relationships, and sense of self.

Hosted within our ongoing collaboration Daughters of the 4th House, this gathering is not a traditional sharing circle. It is a guided, experiential, and embodied 3-hour workshop designed to move women beyond insight and into felt reintegration.

This offering aligns with Evolve Academy’s February theme of slow, sensual, and sacred sexuality, inviting women into a space that is provocative, reverent, and deeply intentional.

✦ Archetype, Myth & Conditioning
We begin by grounding this work in myth, psychology, and cultural history — tracing how the Madonna/Whore split was created and why it continues to shape women’s lives today.

✦ Two Sacred Experiential Circles
Participants will be gently guided into two separate archetypal spaces:

• The Madonna / Mother
• The Whore / Lover

Each woman will have the opportunity to enter both spaces, witnessing how each archetype lives within her — without judgment or hierarchy.

✦ Guided Reflection & Dialogue
Through facilitated discussion and ritual, we’ll explore how these archetypes have influenced:

• Desire and shame
• Devotion and resentment
• Sexuality and self-sacrifice
• Pleasure, boundaries, and identity

✦ Reintegration & Somatic Embodiment
We close with a guided reintegration process, followed by a somatic integration practice to help the body release the split — not just intellectually, but physically and emotionally.

• A clear understanding of how the Madonna/Whore split has shaped your life and relationships
• Language to name internal conflict without self-judgment
• A felt experience of wholeness, not just awareness
• Greater permission to embody devotion and desire simultaneously
• Tools for relating to your body, pleasure, and boundaries with more compassion
• A grounded sense of feminine integration and sovereignty

This workshop is for women who:

• Feel tension between who they are and who they’re “allowed” to be
• Are curious about sexuality that is sacred, slow, and self-honoring
• Are drawn to archetypal, psychological, and embodied work
• Want depth, nuance, and integration — not surface-level empowerment

No prior experience with astrology, somatic work, or women’s circles is required.

• This is a 3-hour facilitated workshop, not a drop-in circle
• Space is intentionally limited to preserve safety and depth
• Come as you are — nothing to perform, nothing to prove
