The MAAT Gathering Place of Healing is a collaborative wellness center offering holistic services including sound healing, meditation, Reiki, massage therapy, yoga, breathwork, energy healing, mental wellness support, women's circles, workshops, educational classes, and community healing experiences throughout the year.
Whether you're beginning your healing journey, looking for wellness resources in the Triangle, or seeking a supportive community focused on personal growth and transformation, this event is the perfect introduction to everything MAAT has to offer.

Begin the afternoon by gathering in community for our very first Sacred Sunday. This intentional experience includes guided meditation, reflection, healing conversations, and an introduction to the principles of Ma'at as we set the foundation for a space dedicated to wellness, balance, and transformation.
12:15 PM – Community Welcome
Meet the founders, hear the vision behind Maat Gathering Place of Healing, and discover what inspired the creation of this collaborative healing center.
12:30 PM – Sacred Sunday Healing Experience
Enjoy a guided community healing session featuring mindfulness, intention setting, and interactive activities designed to help you reconnect with yourself and others.
1:45 PM – Closing Reflection
Close Sacred Sunday with a collective affirmation and invitation to continue the celebration.
