The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause continues the groundbreaking work of the original film by addressing the silence around perimenopause—the critical transition that affects women’s physical, mental, and emotional health. Featuring leading experts, real women, and male allies, the film highlights how early awareness, prevention, and education can improve lifelong health outcomes.

Hosted by Strategic Wellness Center, this event includes a film screening followed by guided discussion, education on preventive care, heart and bone health, the connection between menopause and cancer, and conversation on the role of men as allies and the need for earlier education. Attendees can also connect with community partners through tabling and resources.
