We are delighted to welcome Sister Waddy, visiting the UK from the USA. With more than 50 years of experience teaching Raja Yoga meditation, she will share the deeper meaning of Raksha Bandhan and, for those who wish, will tie the sacred thread as a reminder of God's love, protection, and the soul's original purity.
