Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health is on a mission to create a space overflowing with joy, healing, and emotional safety. To do this, we need 150 dedicated volunteers to join our Love & Joy Crew — a powerful team committed to keeping the good energy flowing all night long.

As a crew member, your role is to:

• Foster smiles, laughter, and connection
• Hold space for positive energy and kindness
• Ensure zero sadness enters the room
• Support the overall vibe with presence and warmth

This is not a performance or a traditional volunteer role — it’s a chance to be part of a collective effort to transform the night through joy and care.

We are seeking people who:

• Can quietly uplift and engage with those around them
• Are committed to creating a safe, joyful environment
