The Love Remedy: A Blindfolded Self-Love Experience

Join blind healer, Lady Godiva, as she guides us on a blindfolded self-love experience, exploring new depths of self-acceptance and authenticity. The experience will include blindfolded guided self-touch, slow and sensual movements, and community affirmations.

***Blindfolds are provided, we kindly ask that you bring a yoga mat, but there are mats to borrow.

This month, we are focusing on awakening the root chakra. After this session you can expect to feel, more focused and present, increased feelings of stability and security, a deep sense of connectedness and belonging feeling grounded and connected to self and others a reinvigorated drive to live a life that you love layers and comfortable clothing encouraged.
