Join us for a day filled with engaging presentations and experiential activities designed to confirm, strengthen, or restore your love.

This workshop will provide new insights and research-based skills to enhance intimacy, deepen friendship, and help you manage conflict in a healthy, positive way. You’ll leave with renewed connection, a deeper understanding of your relationship, and a set of practical handouts filled with tools and tips to support your everyday life together.
Workshop Program
In a word: Science! This curriculum is developed from 40 years of research with over 3,000 couples. It focuses on what truly works in happy, stable relationships—grounded in evidence, not idealistic notions.
This workshop is designed for all couples in a committed relationship.
- If your relationship is strong, this workshop will help you build even deeper closeness, friendship, and trust.
- If your relationship is distressed, it will provide greater understanding and a roadmap for repair.
There is no public discussion or disclosure—all work is done privately as a couple. Certified Gottman therapists will be available for one-on-one support during exercises.
Workshop Topics Include:
✔ Recognizing the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and how to prevent them from damaging your relationship
✔ Understanding the impact of physiological flooding and how it affects conflict resolution
✔ Using the Fondness and Admiration System to renew respect and care for one another
✔ Creating an Emotional Bank Account to strengthen resilience during stressful times
✔ Developing problem-solving skills, including the six essential skills for effective conflict resolution
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will be refunded, minus a €50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in funds being held as credit for a future event.
About the Organizers
Sinead Smyth is a Certified Gottman Therapist and Trainer with over 25 years of clinical experience. She practices in East Bay, California, and periodically visits Ireland to run trainings for professionals and couples.
Karolina Jurasik is a Counseling Psychologist, Certified Gottman Therapist, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She has been practicing in Dublin for over 10 years.
