Halloween costumes, bloody good cocktails and an 80’s retro film favourite.
Come dressed as the 1980s vampire you’ve always wanted to be at our Halloween screening of this ageless classic. There’ll be prizes for best dressed, a DJ spinning 80’s tunes and a complimentary mocktail or cocktail included with your ticket.
7:00 PM - Halloween event in the heritage courtyard with cocktails provided by Dom’s Deli & Bar
8:00 PM – The Lost Boys screening in Arc Cinema
After moving to the coastal California town of Santa Carla, brothers Michael (Jason Patric) and Sam (Corey Haim) discover their new home may be the "murder capital of the world." Michael is drawn into the orbit of a charismatic gang of teenage bikers led by David (Kiefer Sutherland), while Sam and the self-proclaimed vampire-hunting Frog Brothers uncover a far darker truth about the town's nightlife.
Joel Schumacher's stylish vampire classic redefined horror for a new generation. By replacing gothic castles and aristocratic monsters with leather jackets, boardwalk arcades and California youth culture, Schumacher brought vampires into the modern world. Blending scares with humour and a memorable soundtrack, the film became a cult phenomenon. A defining film of 1980s popular culture, The Lost Boys combines horror, comedy, teen rebellion and rock-and-roll attitude in a vampire story that remains as entertaining and influential as ever.
