Sure, we love classic long form structures like Harold, tap out, cut to and the Armando. But creating your own forms is its own kind of joyful and that’s exactly what you and your classmates will do in this one-time-only workshop with Devin Mackenzie (Hip.Bang!, House Teams Director, creator of too many forms).

In this process you will spend time experimenting with different long form directions offered by Devin, you, and your classmates. In time, you’ll discover a form that is uniquely yours and refine it in rehearsal while also grabbing reps as a player contributing to a newly forming piece. The best part is you and your group will then debut this new form as part of the fourth annual Bloc Fest!

This slot is one way individuals can participate in our extremely fun festival Bloc Fest, but if you have a pre-set group of pals you’d like to do this course with, get in touch.

This class is open to anyone who has completed Long Form 1 or higher, or who has equivalent long form experience (email us if you’re unsure!).
