Event Instruction for Audience & Performers:

For The Audience :

* Please arrive 15–20 mins early for smooth entry & seating.

* Keep your ticket/booking confirmation ready at the gate.

* The venue has a ₹500rs cover charge per person, fully redeemable on food & beverages.

* This is a live jamming night, feel free to sing along, vibe & interact respectfully.

* Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

* If you’d like to perform during the open jam slots, connect with the host/team at the venue. Slots will be provided subject to availability & event flow. Organisers reserve the right to manage performance entries

* Most importantly, bring your voice, we’ll bring the vibe ✨

For The Performers 🎤:

* Please report at least 30 minutes before the event starts.

* Open mic is available only for Performers pass holders of the event.

* Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available slots.

* Each performer will be allotted a strict time of 3–5 minutes only, subject to availability & event flow.

* The Living Room Mehfil reserves the right to cut off performances that exceed the time limit.

* Registration for performance will close once slots are filled.

* Performances must be suitable for a public audience.

* No offensive, abusive, political, or inappropriate content is allowed.

* The Living Room Mehfil reserves the right to stop any performance at any point.

*The Living Room Mehfil team reserves the right to determine and modify the performance sequence as required.

* No requests for preferred timing or rearrangement will be entertained.

* Basic audio setup (mic/line input) will be provided.

* No instruments or instrumentalists will be provided at the venue.

* No extended sound checks or setup changes will be allowed during the event.

* Participation in the event constitutes the artist’s consent to The Living Room Mehfil using any audio, video, or visual recordings of their performance for promotional and publicity purposes, excluding any original content disclosed by the artist before the performance.

* The Living Room Mehfil reserves the right to modify or pause the open mic segment if required.

* The Living Room Mehfil management team shall have the sole discretion to make final decisions on all matters.
