Shaking & Nervous System Repatterining: Use ancient mammalian tremor wisdom to release stuck fear, stored tension, and subconscious bracing.
Spinning & Whirling Activation: Reclaim your inner axis and vestibular system for balance, surrender, and recalibration.
Ecstatic Release: Flow through guided movement that help you shed shame, awaken joy, and dance as Love embodied.
Anatomical Mapping: Discover how drumming the bones, muscles, and fascia each awaken different layers of awareness and freedom.

This practice is rooted in personal revelation, somatic science, and a deep reverence for the intelligence of your body as a living temple. There is no pressure to perform—only an invitation to be fully present.

Schedule Overview:
7:00–7:15 PM | Breath of Life:
Intentional breath work and still presence to enter the space.Let the inhale find you. Let the exhale prepare you. Begin attuning to the sacred rhythm already within.
7:15–7:45 PM | Tuning the Body:
Guided PracticeDrum, tap, shake, bounce, and spiral through the body’s layers:
Fascia → to awaken and electrify
Muscles → to emote and release
Bones → to deepen and reset:
This is rhythmic recalibration. This is somatic prayer. Begin to listen, pulse, and re-pattern.
7:45–8:30 PM | Ecstatic Release:
You Are the Instrument Enter the ecstatic freeform journey—your body as drum, dancer, and altar. Dance like joy has a sound. Shake like trauma is leaving.Drum like you're striking resurrection. Bring your own drum, rattle, or percussive tool—or use one of ours. Let rhythm move through you, unfiltered and raw.
8:30–8:45 PM | Stillness & Settling:
Let the waves wash over you. Breathe back into your body. Let the ripples of rhythm settle. Let Truth seal what has been stirred.
8:45–9:00 PM | Closing Circle: Resonance & ReflectionWe gather in presence, gratitude, and reflection. Share a word, a sensation, a silence. The rhythm continues in each of us.
