The LiveWell Community Annual Open House

LiveWell is a safe and nurturing home for people to heal and grow.

Through trauma-informed care, accessible classes (yoga, meditation, therapeudic drumming, EFT Tapping, and more), and a supportive community, we empower people to feel better so they can move through life with more resilience, ease, and the capacity to carry their healing into the world.

Our Open House is your chance to drop in and get a taste of what LiveWell is all about. Come explore our downtown Tuscaloosa studio, meet our guides, and join in short sample classes throughout the evening. Whether you’re brand-new to wellness, already curious about deepening your practice, or just looking for community, this is the perfect time to see if LiveWell feels like a good fit for you.
