The Little Writer Journey

The Little Writer Journey , a creative and inspiring event by for , celebrates storywriting, and community friendship.

Taking place on Saturday, 22 November 2025 (12:00–2:00 PM) at Elderpark Library, Govan, this engaging event features:

• A bilingual storytelling session by community-speaking author Hanade, sharing uplifting tales of friendship, identity, and belonging.
• “The Little Writer Journey” workshop — an enjoyable session helping children learn how to write their own story, from an idea to a complete printed book.
• Creative art activities such as drawing and colouring, encouraging imagination and confidence in self-expression.
• A special announcement: the launch of the Arabic Book Corner at Elderpark Library, promoting bilingual reading and cultural inclusion.

The workshop will support young writers to develop confidence and imagination, while families share a joyful space celebrating friendship, culture, and community storytelling.
