The day unfolds like this:
4PM — doors, juleps, and horse arrivals
4:30–5PM — parade your horse around the lot
5PM — best dressed competition
5:30PM — the first annual Stick Derby Horse Race kicks off
6:57PM — Kentucky Derby on the big screen

🏆 Race winner takes $200 + trophy + Fleet merch
