The Little Bites of the Basque

Small bites packed with big flavour! Step into the lively world of Basque pintxos as Jill shares these wonderful little dishes from her recent trip to this northern region of Spain. You’ll learn the traditions behind the Basque country’s most iconic culinary art form while Jill guides you through assembling these elegant, bite-sized creations that balance flavour, colour and texture.

Two Spanish wines will be included in this class.

• Piquillo Pepper and Shrimp Pintxos
• Tortilla Espagnole with Romesco Sauce
• Serrano Ham Pintxos
• “Russian” Potato Salad
