As the listener it is an equally powerful experience: you learn the quiet power of your presence and been valued. No tools. No scripts. No need to offer solutions Just your ears, your heart, and steady attention.
A group of women walking side by side in pairs - one sharing her story, questions or light challenges while the other listens. Held safely and openly by the guidance of a Narrative Therapist.
We begin in a circle, exploring how to listen without fixing or advising, then step into nature to practice that rare gift: being fully present with another human being.
No fixing. Just walking. Just listening.
Who It’s For:
Women navigating change, uncertainty, or quiet inner questions
Those craving connection without pressure
Anyone drawn to presence, nature, and shared humanity
What to Expect:
Welcome Circle & introduction to deep listening
Two listening walks in pairs, switching roles
Reflection pauses for journaling or quiet integration
Closing circle with tea, snacks, and optional sharing
This is not therapy or coaching — simply walking beside one another, exactly as we are.
Bring: A journal, water, and an open heart. Cancelled only in case of rain.
Fee: 15 euros or FREE if you have a membership
