After a gentle pause over summer, we’re back—bringing new rhythms, fresh beginnings, and stories to share. 🌿
Many of us have been navigating new chapters in life—becoming parents, completing studies, or taking bold steps in our careers and personal journeys. Amid these shifts, our expressive arts gatherings continue, offering a space to pause, connect, and reflect, exploring and tending to life’s textures through creativity.
We look forward to welcoming familiar faces and meeting new friends—whether in person or online! Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and let’s weave moments of expression, joy, and nourishment together.
The focus of each gathering will be announced 1–2 weeks before the event on our Instagram account: @the.liminal.expressivearts. Join us on this quest as we tap into our inner resources, navigate both our own and shared journeys, and discover new ways to engage with the world through the lens of expressive arts.

▎About The Liminal - Expressive Arts Circle
The Liminal Circle is an art-based journey of self-exploration, centered around a specific theme. It offers a space to connect with yourself, meet like-minded people, engage with diverse art forms, and discover your own language through various expressions.
Our collective is run by a team of expressive arts practitioners trained in the Intermodal approach (Paolo Knill). Through our sessions, we integrate a variety of methods—including movement, poetry, music/sound, visual arts, clay, and nature-based exploration—to guide our creative inquiries.
No prior art experience is required—just bring your curiosity and an open mind. Join The Liminal, a space where imagination knows no bounds!
