This 8-week course is for all levels interested in learning to practice yoga. Classes will be based on the Yoga Sutra’s 8 Limbs of Yoga, and each week you will learn a new limb of yoga with related asana (poses/postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation practice. Students will need to bring a yoga mat, Yoga blocks, or a foam mat, yoga straps or scarf or belt.
Register by 9/3/25 to get the early bird price of $189.00. After that date the cost will be $209.00.
