LIFT Conference Speakers
Bishop Walter Harvey serves as the Conference Host and President of The WI+H Movement, dedicating his work to helping communities embody the presence of God. As a faith leader and entrepreneur, he empowers leaders and entrepreneurs in underserved areas to experience economic and faith-driven transformation through WI+H and Prism Economic Development. Bishop Harvey provides inspiration and instruction on developing a vision for business as justice.
Nathan Ivey directs Seed to Oaks, where he addresses social issues such as education, economic empowerment, and healthcare by enabling churches to be effective agents of change in their neighborhoods. He equips churches with the structure, resources, and support needed to activate their potential and mobilize individuals to alleviate pressing social problems. His presentation will offer insights into understanding community needs.
Jamé Bolds, Ph.D., is the CEO of Pathmakers Foundation, an economic theologian, and a visionary leader. Bolds spearheaded a $4.5 million church revitalization effort and pioneered a self-funded economic model for churches. His work in venture philanthropy and urban renewal helps communities thrive beyond Sunday morning offerings, equipping faith leaders with strategies for sustainable impact and providing financing alternatives.
Tronn Moller serves as the Executive Director of The Faith & Community Development Institute, with over 14 years of expertise in asset-based community development (ABCD), leadership, and faith-based organizing. Moller's work helps churches and organizations develop leaders, build strong teams, and implement strategic plans that foster long-term community transformation.
Ed Garvin is the Senior Vice President of Convoy of Hope, a leading faith-based humanitarian organization focused on feeding children, responding to disasters, and supporting communities through local partnerships. Garvin's insights equip faith leaders with tools to mobilize resources, expand their church’s outreach, and bring hope to struggling communities.
