Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that participating in Move Well, hosted by the Life Well Podcast, involves physical activity that may pose health and safety risks, including but not limited to, falls, fainting, dehydration, and other injuries. I affirm that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume all risks associated with my participation.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Life Well Podcast, its organizers, hosts, volunteers, sponsors, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of the organizers or otherwise.

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure I am physically fit and adequately prepared for this activity. I also agree to abide by any health and safety guidelines set forth by the event organizers. In the event of an emergency, I consent to medical treatment and will be financially responsible for any related costs.

By participating in the Move Well event hosted by Life Well , I hereby grant Life Well , its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and video recordings of me in connection with this event. I authorize Life Well Enterprises to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that Life Well Enterprises may use such photographs and/or video recordings of me for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
