Join us for a special Victoria screening of , presented in partnership with Victoria College on Wednesday, September 30, at the Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts.
The Life of the Party is a 40-minute documentary following three Republican women in Texas with sharply different views of their party as they navigate leadership, political identity, and a changing political landscape. Their stories raise questions that reach beyond a single party.
Following the screening, Victoria County District Attorney Constance Filley Johnson will moderate a panel featuring Dr. Christian Hardigree, President of Texas A&M University-Victoria; Dr. Jennifer Kent, President of Victoria College; Sherry McShaffry, President of Regional Steel Products, Inc.; Shelia Collazo, VISD Superintendent of Schools; and film participant and former Texas State Representative Geanie Morrison.
